Apr 22, 2017 · Visconti Blue Ink is a wonderful vibrant true blue ink color. Although Visconti, an Italian pen company, only produces a limited number of ink colors, the inks they produce are top notch colors and do not vary or any deviate from the true color they represent. The Visconti Blue ink is no exception.
Feb 18, 2010 · Visconti blue washes off very easily. It is a lovely, vibrant, brilliant blue. It flows well, and is enjoyable to write with. The small, plastic bottles evaporate quickly. Nice ink, nice price, and having a spare glass bottle to put it in helps. Edited February 19, 2010 by Gran.

Jun 15, 2023 · Visconti Blue is one of my favorite blue inks. It is what I reach for when I want a bold, pure blue ink. The sheen adds a touch of interest and beauty, while the shading just looks great. The slight smudging can be a little annoying, but it’s not nearly as bad as what I’ve experienced with some other saturated inks.

Someone asked in Inky Thoughts about a colour close to International Klein Blue (I saw a painting of it in Centre Pompidou and it just captures your eyes). I think Visconti Blue is a good contender. Aug 3, 2006 · When you add up what I have spent on pens in the last 20 years, the price of ink is not such a big deal. My real test of a new ink is how it flows and looks on the page of my journal. Visconti blue is beautiful and bright. There are days that just looking at this wonderful blue changes how I feel about things.
Sep 1, 2012 · Visconti blue and Aurora black have been on my buy list from the get go...but then I fell into the shading ink trap. For a 'royal blue' I like DA Royal blue, it tinges with purple...the 'royal' color. It too is a saturated ink, but not so bright as Visconti blue. I thought it very neat that the link for the paper note book review was provided.
