Jun 30, 2017 · Head to the northwestern corner of the Grand Exchange and climb into the underwall tunnel. Then, walk south between the river and the wall to reach the Outlaw camp. The camp is below Lucien's house. Note: If you do not have 21 Agility to use the tunnel shortcut, then you will have to walk or teleport to Edgeville.
