It’s divided into two sections, Esmeralda, which is the family side- and La Perla, the adults only sid We recently travelled to Mexico with Sunwing Vacations to visit the beautiful Paradisus Playa Del Carmen.
Couples relax amid modern architecture. Guests enter the Paradisus La Perla under an attractive white gate that's patrolled by a security guard. They're then greeted under a porte cochere with a cold towel and chilled drink. The lobby is cool and dark, decorated with patterned carpet, marble walls, and brown paint.

Paradisus La Perla is the adults' side of the all-include Paradisus resort (which is part of Melia hotels). The family-friendly side is Paradisus Esmeralda, which is connected.
