If you are in Belfast during the weekend you must visit St George's Market. Go for a coffee or lunch or maybe purchase food for dinner. Lots of fresh food. My favorites were the honeycomb coffee and the delicious Mac and cheese - from scraped cheese rounds- delish!!! Lots of crafts- paintings, silks, pottery, and more.

Feb 10, 2024 · Locals gather to pick up goat bacon from Broughgammon, or Young Buck blue cheese from Newtownards. It’s not just food, either. On Friday it is a ‘variety’ market, with around 250 stalls selling everything and anything; Saturdays is ‘Food, Craft and Garden’ and Sundays is ‘Food, Craft and Antiques’. A shopper’s heaven.
