If it is the intention of divers to dive in the UK, then the Delph is an excellent place to develop your skills. The cafe at the Delph provides excellent homemade food and lovely warm drinks, especially after an ice cold dive in the middle of January.

  4. The deepest part, as stated in a previous answer, is under the bow of the sunken cabin cruiser. The silt at that point is probably about 2 foot thick, although I have never been able to force my hand deep enough to make an accurate measure. On a year round basis, the maximum depth of the quarry is about 19.4 to 19.6 metres.
