This is a list of cities and other locations covered by auto-generated 3D imagery in Google Earth. In 2012, Google began incorporating 3D imagery into the mobile and desktop versions of Google Earth, with coverage of 21 cities in four countries released that year. By March 2015, 3D imagery covering more than 300,000 km² was available and by early 2016 had been expanded to hundreds of cities in over 40 countries, including every U.S. state and encompassing every continent except Antarctica.

In the listing below, each entry refers to a single contiguous area within the given country or subdivision that is entirely covered by 3D imagery. These areas may include numerous smaller settlements and neighboring areas, in addition to the principal location(s) indicated.
