The Houston Texans are rebuilding their roster, they can upgrade at every position. Jalen Pitre was the heart of Baylor’s defense this past season and his instincts are phenomenal. He’ll be used everywhere in Houston, including deployed as a blitzer. A strong addition for the Texans’ defense. 1. Houston Texans draft grade: A-
