He is a powerful healer and is especially sympathetic to terminally ill children.
It really shows how the gangs and their story arcs completely fell after SR2. The Third had potential, but the fact all the gangs work for the same syndicate kinda pulled it back. The whole reason that the stories were compelling, was because there was actual conflict between every gang.
