There are a total of 28 islands in this group all located within the Corales del Rosario National Park (Rosario Islands National Park), one of the most important coral reefs on the Colombian Caribbean coast.
Cartagena and the Rosario Islands are located in the northeast corner of Colombia right on the Caribbean sea. Its location allows it to have a rather moderate, tropical climate year-round. Which is great because it allows you to enjoy the sun and sand no matter what time of year you visit!
