The Performance Hall contains a 966-seat state-of-the-art auditorium, and a separate Activity Building offers classroom, rehearsal and small-scaled performance space. The buildings are joined by an outdoor promenade and gently sloping lawn for hosting outdoor concerts and festivals along a canal edge, reactivating the waterfront.
