Lunar New Year is finally upon us, which means the 2024 Lunar New Year update in Adopt Me is here as well! This yearly, fan-favorite update takes place during a two-week celebration period and brings new accessories, items, furniture, pets, and even a new minigame to Adoption Island.

What is Red Lantern, Green Lantern in Adopt Me!?
Red Lantern, Green Lantern (based on the Red Light, Green Light game that was popularized by the Netflix show Squid Games) is a competitive, player vs player minigame that challenges you to explore an arena guarded by sentient statues and collect as many bowls of Rice Cake Soup as you can without being detected by said statues.
To play this minigame, you'll need to head to the Lunar New Year area, which is accessed by entering the portal pictured below. Then simply walk toward and stand in the glowing white circle that's located in the center of the area.
