Place parchment paper(or wax paper) on a large cookie sheet, set aside.Combine all the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Make sure the sides of the mixing bowl are tall enough so that the snack mix does not fall out when you stir it.Combine white chocolate chips and vegetable oil in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds, stir and then microwave at 15 second intervals until melted.Pour melted white chocolate over cereal mixture. Stir until evenly coated. Pour onto the prepared baking sheet. Let cool completely.
