Born in 1914, Baltimore, Maryland, Larry Adler was an American musician and harmonica player who is widely acknowledged as one of the most exceptional harmonica players in history. He started playing the harmonica at a young age and rapidly developed a remarkable aptitude for the instrument.

    • Dennis Gruenling. Dennis Gruenling is the king of jump blues. An intelligent, dexterous musician, he is one of the best around at playing low tuned harps and can move confidently between diatonic and chromatic.

    • Stevie Wonder. There is so much that can be said about Stevie Wonder. Stevie is one of the greatest musicians alive, and he would do it even without the harmonica because it is written in his genes to be the greatest.
    • John Popper. John Popper is the name that pops into your mind when you think of the blues traveler, which he founded. This reason alone makes him one of the greatest that ever was.
