Dec 16, 2022 · Movie purists think it's bad taste to colorize an all-time classic like this - but I think its fun to have it colorized (the purists think "Klaatu barrata nikto" loses its dramatic elegance by being said in color?). The colorized movie is a big kick to watch and the color, if not what Natalie Kalmus would have intended, makes it a better movie.
