While Bette Kane is now an incredibly obscure Batman Family member who's rarely featured within the comics, there was a time when she would feature quite regularly during the early 1960s after her original debut as Bat-Girl in Batman #139 (by Bill Finger, Sheldon Moldoff, and Stan Starkman).
