Mar 25, 2017 · Arriving in Music City for a national trade show at the nearby convention center, I was very excited to stay at the newly remodeled Sheraton Grand Nashville Downtown — a former Hyatt property taken over by SPG a year and a half ago and treated to a $25 million renovation.

Sheraton Nashville Downtown’s multimillion-dollar transformation was conceptualized by New York–based designer Anna Busta. The Sheraton is the 12th tallest building in Nashville, with 27 stories and a height of 300 ft (91 m). [ 1] It is notable on the Nashville skyline for its prominent rooftop.
