Nov 1, 2022 · Puh-leeeeze -- granted, she was an angel in disguise (telegraphed in the first couple of scenes), but no one who saw her in the street would ever mistake her for someone who was actually destitute. i certainly never saw such person so glamorous in rags. I like a good musical, but this ain't it, nor is it an especially enjoyable Christmas movie.
