Tully Blanchard. Tully Arthur Blanchard (born January 22, 1954) is a Canadian-American professional wrestler and manager. He is best known for his appearances with Jim Crockett Promotions and the World Wrestling Federation in the mid-to-late 1980s as a member of The Four Horsemen and The Brain Busters.

Any one else think Tully Blanchard deserves a HOF nomination on his own. I know hes in as a Horseman, but considering his solo career and his history as the top guy in Southwest Texas Wrestling, (notably the first wrestling promotion to get a cable deal) Id argue he's worth inducting. Hes one of the best examples of the promoters kid getting over.
