  2. Deployed overseas in 2013 and started the Sealfit ramp up with with a buddy. Fell out of it and gained weight from 2014 to early 2017. Needed to get back in shape and wanted to start CrossFit but couldn’t afford a membership. Found CrossFit Linchpin and started following it at a Powerhouse gym while slowly building my garage gym.

If you go to a WOD and it’s calling for chest to bars and you can’t do it, yet the coach is telling you to do it. Just leave because that’s the wrong type of coach to be in CrossFit
