  6. I live in Streatham Hill (on the Balham side) and it's great. Lots more space than you get for the same money if go into Balham or Clapham. I cycle(d) to work so less issue with commute, but there's plenty of buses from the high street to Brixton (10 minute ride) where you can always get a seat as the tube starts there, so that's a good option.
