I'm looking for the first option. I want it to be where I can add my own wiki pages and it stores it locally (Like when you download the entirety of a website) and then when you want to go to said wiki you can access it and it loads the local file on your browser, I won't need server services as every time I'll need the wiki I'll be using my computer.
