Jun 9, 2018 · June 9, 2018 ·. Hey gang, We just want to let everyone know that Will Salazar will not be joining Fenix TX on these two Warped tour shows. While this isn’t what we intended, it is the current situation. Will is still as much a part of Fenix TX as he ever was. No one was kicked out, asked to leave, or even having a disagreement.
The band that would ultimately become Fenix TX formed in late 1995 in Houston, Texas under the name Riverfenix by guitarists Will Salazar and Damon DeLaPaz (also the drummer for 30 Foot Fall at the time), and vocalist Carl Lockstedt. However, Carl's tenure was short-lived after recruiting bassist Adam Lewis and drummer Donnie Reyes.
