    Jalapeno Poppers - Williams Sonoma
    Food.com
Found this recipe in a William Sonoma catalog and as DH loves peppers decided to give it a try. I did buy a special pan (see photo) to make it and the smoky flavor of the grill gave a wonderful fire-roasted flavor. Make sure you wear gloves when handling the raw jalapenos. The little effort involved with making this was so worth it. I'm sure you could also do these in a regular pan in the oven - but we loved that grill flavor. Be sure and get all those little seeds out or they can be really hot.

From recipe book included with W-S bread machine. Very light; nice texture and make great toast. Dry buttermilk powder can be found in the grocer's baking section and has a longer shelf life than liquid; keep refrigerated.
    William Sonoma Five-Spice Pork Wraps
    Food.com
Another recipe I recieved in my WS magazine and so good. I learned to love Five-Spice while in China and was pleased to find this recipe; if you don't have the spice there are several recipes available on this site. For serving have butter lettuce leaves, steamed whtie rice, bean sprouts, and thinly sliced green onion and cilantro leaves for garnish. Serves a lot (14) so a great dish for company and easy to serve. When I made this made it easier by just browning the meat and the onions togheter and then dumping in the crock pot on low for 8 hours. Fall apart tender and easy to shred.
