Holm Center WINGS CAC Sign In. Beginning May 1 2020, access to all CAC-enabled DoD systems, including WINGS, will require the user to select the "Authentication" certificate when prompted to choose a CAC certificate. Starting immediately, users should get in the habit of selecting the "Authentication" certificate for access to all DoD systems.
