The original Die Hard is the benchmark for action movies. It's way better than Lethal Weapon which is still a good movie. I will say that Lethal Weapon 2 is far better than any of Die Hard's sequels and is the only sequel in either franchise that I would classify as a legitimately good movie.

Aug 3, 2012 · The reality is that Lethal Weapon 3 has some great ideas; some great sub-stories and character development, but unfortunately they are almost all smothered by the grandstanding stunt spectacles and prevalent comedy moments that the filmmakers (and writers) clearly wanted to take precedence.
