Seacoast Youth Flag Football runs NFL Flag Football Leagues in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. We run age divisions 6U-15U. The divisions go by the age players were as of January 1st. The Jr. NBA is the league’s global youth basketball program for boys and girls that teaches the fundamental skills and core values of the game: teamwork, respect, determination and community. The Jr. NBA is focused on helping grow and improve the youth basketball experience at the grassroots level for players, coaches and parents.
Youth instruction focuses on building strong fundamentals and team dynamics, while high school instruction covers advanced position-specific drills and scenarios. All summer showcase attendees receive a full evaluation, which includes crucial information on the athlete’s skills, techniques, as well as, how to get better.
