Ziębice (německy Münsterberg, zastarale Minstrberk) je město v Dolnoslezském vojvodství v jihozápadním Polsku. Město leží na řece Olava, přibližně 59 km jižně od krajského hlavního města Vratislavi. Je sídlem správního obvodu zvaného Gmina Ziębice. V roce 2019 mělo město 8708 obyvatel.
The market square of Ziębice is 155 meters wide and 90 meters long. Building blocks on all sides of the market are around 45 meters deep. Possessions along the shorter sides of the market square did not have back streets. Instead, they were equipped with a narrow back yard street at the back of the building.
