Policeman Krebs (Dennis Hopper) is considered a respectable figure in his town, but he has a hidden sinister side he's waiting to unleash. When he comes across badly beaten exotic dancer Gina (Asia Argento) one night, he lures her into his car, promising to help her, then forces her into a tiny homemade cell in his basement.
