Beautiful Bracelet Bay beach sits on Mumbles head. Its rocky shoreline is award winning, it has a great view of the lighthouse and it’s the perfect spot for an ice cream.
Sep 4, 2020 · Bracelet Bay. There are several small beaches around the Mumbles, but the main beach is Bracelet Bay. Steps take you down from the parking area to a beach with golden shingles and large flat rock pools. The whole beach is a mass of gullies and boulders covered in seaweed and limpets.

Bracelet Bay is the first small limestone bay after the vast expanse of Swansea Bay, while to the west the bay is separated from Limeslade Bay by Tutt Hill. The beach is excellent for a picnic, and affords good views of Mumbles lighthouse.
Setting off from Bracelet Bay, this easygoing, coastal route is perfect for the whole family and the dog(s). This trail is part of the Wales Coast Path. Excellent views and amenities. Plenty of opportunities to visit the beaches along this route.

Mar 2, 2016 · Bracelet Bay is about 1 1/2 hour walk from Swansea University or a 15 minute bus ride! It is the other side of Mumbles Head, which can be seen from everywhere in Swansea Bay. Its really the only place close to here it possible to walk to and rock pool!
