3 days ago · An oasis of civility in the middle of a theme park, this is a replica of the original Brown Derby on Vine Street in Hollywood (the Wilshire Boulevard Brown Derby was the one shaped like a hat). The sunken dining room has a certain elegance, with tuxedoed waiters, curved booths, and white linen.

Nov 21, 2020 · In the middle of the glitz and glitter of Disney’s Hollywood Studios is the classic Hollywood Brown Derby restaurant. The Brown Derby is a swanky signature restaurant inspired by the real Brown Derby restaurant (s) in California (more on that in a bit!).
Served with choice of two (2) Selections and choice of Small Lowfat Milk, Small DASANI® Bottled Water, or Small Minute Maid® Apple Juice. Kids' menu items for children ages 9 and younger. Look for the Disney Check icon on printed menus to find options that meet Disney's nutrition guidelines.
