Rachael G. Samberg is UC Berkeley Library’s Scholarly Communication Officer. A Duke Law graduate, Rachael practiced intellectual property litigation for seven years before spending six years at Stanford Law School’s library, where she was a Lecturer in Law and Head of Reference & Instructional Services.
