Are You Being Served? is a British television sitcom that was broadcast from 1972 to 1985. It was created and written by David Croft, who also served as executive producer and director, and Jeremy Lloyd. Michael Knowles and John Chapman also wrote certain episodes.
After receiving permission to earn extra money on the floor at night, the department staff decide to start up a nightclub, filming a commercial to get the word out. With the high transport fees, the staff have taken drastic measures to get to and from work without going broke.
