After implementing the PI and a talent management and optimization strategy, the 412th Force Support Squadron has seen a reduction in the amount of turnover in its personnel as compared to previous years.
The group’s 412th Security Forces Squadron provides integrated base defense and force protection for all Edwards’ personnel and missions, while simultaneously preparing and deploying defenders in support of worldwide contingencies and combat operations.

The Force Support Squadron, also known as the FSS, provides a variety of services supporting airmen and their families in addition to retirees and DoD civilians. In-processing, professional military education, ID cards, dining facilities, and lodging are just some of the areas that help support airmen in completing their mission.
