    Although entered credit card info for a nonrefundable prepaid hotel in Rome, the data was not transferred to hotel to hold the reservation. Expedia message system said not to pay hotel directly. Hotel was allowed to arbitrarily cancel reservation although I received a confirmation from Expedia.... Read more

    Expedia will tell you anything to get your booking. If there is an issue they will be no where to be found. They work for the insurance companies, airlines and hotels. I have been so lucky that I have not been stranded out of the country because they would not be available!!! Read more
