I have a 1995 Chevy Blazer LT. Since this was a split year, its the one with the ECM under the hood. No chip upgrade for this baby, it requires a PCM. Either way, I bought an OBDII scanner, justified from the OBDII type connector port under my dash. The problem is, it doesn't work. The pins are wrong.
