The Samsung SGH-i300 is a discontinued smartphone developed by Samsung Electronics. Announced at CEBiT in March 2005, it was the world's first smartphone with an embedded hard disk, and was also Samsung's first Windows Mobile smartphone to be launched in the European Union.

- Samsung SPH-I300 (October 2001) Anyone who thinks smartphones started with Apple will be shocked to see that Samsung was building Palm-powered smartphones for Sprint five years before the iPhone hit the market.
- Samsung SGH-i607 BlackJack (November 2006) At the height of CrackBerry mania, Samsung scored a moderate hit with its BlackJack line of Windows-powered, BlackBerry-style phones.

- Samsung Omnia SCH-i910 (December 2008) The Samsung Omnia was one of the first appearances of TouchWiz, Samsung's custom smartphone user interface. At the time, it was a widget overlay on Windows Mobile; now, of course, it's a massive amount of software added to Android.
The SPH-i300 was the first Palm-OS-based smartphone from Samsung, and cost $499. The phone was not compatible with Sprint's 3G network and its maximum connection speed of 14.4kbit/s made browsing slow, but browsing "the real web" in 2001 was an advance on the WAP browsers on other mobile phones.
