Jan 12, 2018 · We have previously advised you to not compulsively update your drivers, and we stand by that. Most hardware drivers that come with your computer---or through Windows Update---are fine. However, we do make an exception for graphics drivers for your NVIDIA, AMD, or even Intel graphics hardware. Those, we recommend you keep up-to-date, especially if you're a gamer.

MS typically push driver updates very slowly through windows updates, with a lot of buggy drivers still on new devices. If you're impatient for microsoft to slowly updates the drivers, you should probably install the latest from intel.
Jan 6, 2019 · Go to www.reviversoft.com and download and install the Driver Reviver tool. When you open it it scans all your drivers for outdated ones that require updating. It found (amongst others) outdated Intel graphics and AMD drivers on my laptop. I updated them as instructed, starting with the Intel ones.
