Hello! I have not accessed my old Hotmail account in some time. Now I need to, but Hotmail takes me to a new, empty Outlook account instead. Googling tells me I should sign in to Hotmail with my old e-mail address and password, but I cannot find an option in Outlook to do that. Everything I try just keeps taking me to the new, empty account.
Feb 10, 2020 · When you say "old Hotmail email" - how long has it been since you accessed the account? As of 8/30/2019, if the account was used in the previous 2 years, it will be automatically deleted as per the terms of the Microsoft Services Agreement (prior to 8/30/2019 - account not used in the previous 5 years would be automatically permanently deleted.
