Click on the "Card Game ID" button near the top right of the page. Select "CARD GAME ID registration" from the dropdown. This should take you to a page where is says that your Card Game ID is Not Registered. Click the big red button with "Card Game Network" text. This will take you to a page asking for your physical card information.
KONAMI CARD GAME ID is your 10-digit CARD GAME ID, not your KONAMI ID. This number should resemble "0101234567". You should not use a new CARD GAME ID if you have had one in the past. If you do not know your CARD GAME ID, we can look it up for you. If you have never been issued one, you can get one here.

Feb 8, 2019 · The author of this thread has indicated that this post answers the original topic. Step 1: Go into the settings menu in-game from your mobile device. Step 2: Access the Data Transfer option and tap on Konami ID. Step 3: Upon doing so, you will be redirected to the Konami website on your device's primary browser.
