Review by Simon Lang ★★★. MATIAL OUTLAW is one of the best efforts of Jeff Wincott's career as a lead actor. He and Gary Hudson (SCANNER COP) are perfectly cast as the "good cop/bad cop" brothers. The plot isn't the most original but that's forgivable since the film delivers on the action front with hard-hitting and well choreographed fights.

Martial Outlaw is a 1993 action movie directed by Kurt Anderson . DEA agent Kevin White (Jeff Wincott) and his elder brother, LAPD Sergeant Jack White (Gary Hudson) both serve the law but the relations between brothers are far from friendly. When Kevin starts an operation against Russian drug king Rodchenko, Jack is in his own interest.
Sep 29, 2006 · Martial Outlaw has lots of great action, spread throughout the entire film. Lots of restaurant fights, shop fights, and good one on ones (mainly between Wincott and Miltsakakis). The fights are well choreographed and look great.
