Atomic Rooster was a British progressive-rock group formed in 1969 with an original lineup of Vincent Crane (organ), Nick Graham (bass), and Carl Palmer (drums). Palmer and Graham left in 1970. Atomic Rooster ultimately disbanded in 1982. Carl Palmer of course, made a major mark with his band ELP and later, Asia and also as a solo artist.
