Description. A handicapped child named Timmy joins Mr. Garrison's class, where he's quickly diagnosed with Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD), given Ritalin and excused from all homework. The other kids promptly complain that they have ADD, and get exactly the same deal.

He is most notable for being the only kid to be in a wheelchair in the whole South Park and for shouting ‘Timmaay’ most of the time. He was in a rock band called Timmy and the Lords of the Underworld due to his ability shout his own name.
When Timmy is diagnosed with Attention Deficit Disorder, it triggers a wave of prescription drug abuse at South Park Elementary.
