Bill Cosby, American comedian and actor who played a major role in the development of a more-positive portrayal of Blacks on TV but whose reputation was tarnished by dozens of accusations of sexual assault. In 2018 he was found guilty of drugging and sexually assaulting a woman, but his conviction was later overturned.
Bill's son, Ennis Cosby (27), was shot dead while fixing a flat tire off the San Diego Freeway.
