The Butchart Gardens is a 120-year-old world famous 55-acre display garden located in Brentwood Bay, British Columbia. Created by Jennie Butchart, and still privately owned and operated by the family, The Gardens was designated a National Historic Site of Canada, in 2004 for its one hundredth birthday.
There are three restaurants located on site The Coffee Shop, The Blue Poppy Restaurant, and The Dining Room Restaurant. The Coffee Shop is open daily during Garden hours and offers a selection of pastries and lunch items.. The Dining Room serves High Tea daily from 11:30 am – 2:30 pm.. The Blue Poppy Restaurant is closed for the season reopening in the spring.
