Installation on Windows. First, open TF2's custom folder. If you already have a HUD here, remove it or move it somewhere else. C:\Program Files (x86)\ Steam\steamapps\common\Team Fortress 2\tf\custom. Path depends where you've installed Steam. You can check the right path like this.
