  8. Background: Miller-Milkis Productions was the production company of program executives Thomas L. Miller and Edward K. Milkis, which was founded in 1969. Robert L. Boyett joined the company in 1978, after which it became "Miller-Milkis-Boyett Productions". Milkis left the company later on and it became known as "Miller-Boyett Productions" in 1985.
