Wookyung Jung (Korean: 정우경, Jung Woo-kyung) is a supporting character in Season 1. He is a famous actor who has starred in several TV dramas. As a child actor, he starred in the controversial show Children Village with Mirae Seo, then known as Se-Ha. He is Yuna Lim's cousin, although there is friction between their families. Nari is a huge fan of W...
Wookyung has black hair and brown almond-shaped eyes. He is tall and slim. When he was younger, he was shorter than Mirae, who told him that he has a big forehead. As a teen, he is very handsome and has a large fan base, with Nari being one of his biggest fans. According to Mirae, him and Yuna have a similar dead look.
Wookyung is very popular with readers, as he is a calm and sweet person who looks after the ones he loves, and they enjoy his relationship with Mirae.
Wookyung and Se-Ha initially didn't get along when they met on the set of Children's Village. He was annoyed by Se-Ha's brash personality, and unfiltered way of speaking, but still cared a lot about her. Despite his young age at that time, Wookyung was smart enough to realize that all of their actions would be recorded in a reality tv setting. He made sure to act kind and caring in front of the camera, and warned Se-Ha to do the same, advice which Se-Ha initially disregarded.
When Se'Ha became bullied online by viewers due to her rash actions, he was one of the few people to stand by her, and try to help her. Despite their best efforts however, the situation worsened, and Se-Ha ended up quitting acting altogether. Se-Ha had difficulty trusting him and did not want to talk to him, but he kept trying to reach out to her. He gave her his phone number and told her that he would never change it, a promise that he kept even as he grew up and became a famous actor.
