Roy Tudor Owen (20 January 1898 – 13 March 1979), known professionally as just Tudor Owen, was a Welsh character actor. Owen is most famous for voicing the role of Towser in the 1961 Disney movie One Hundred and One Dalmatians.

Roy Tudor Owen was born on January 20, 1898 in Penarth Wales. He became a Welsh-American character and voice actor. Owen began his career in the 1926 silent film Bride of the Storm. His next film role was 22 years later in the 1948 film Up in Central Park.
