Actress: Tremors. Finn Carter was born on March 9, 1960 in the Mississippi Delta. Her mother, Margaret W. Carter, and her father, Hodding Carter III (best known for his position as the spokesperson for the State Department in President Carter's administration), were attending a play at the Greenville Little Theatre when her mother went into labor.
After leaving daytime TV, she guest-starred in a number of television shows before making her big-screen debut in a starring role in the 1989 romantic comedy film How I Got into College opposite Anthony Edwards.
Finn Carter (born Elizabeth Fearn Carter) is an American actress. She is the daughter of former United States State Department Assistant Secretary of State for Public Affairs, Hodding Carter III, and his first wife, the former Margaret Ainsworth Wolfe.
