We’d heard that of all the beaches along the Budva Riviera, Jaz Beach is the best beach near Kotor and Budva – the one favoured by Montenegro residents as it’s more picturesque and quieter than the other beaches closer to Budva or Kotor.
Jaz ( Serbian Cyrillic: Јаз, pronounced [jâːz]) is a beach in the Budva Municipality in Montenegro. It is located 2.5 km west of central Budva. It consists of two areas, one of which measures about 850 metres (or slightly under 1 km) and the other, formerly a nudist beach, stretches around 450 metres (0.45 km).

One of the most beautiful beaches in Montenegro, most of the beach is now occupied by cafés with umbrellas and sunbeds for rent but you can still find spots to place your own if you prefer that. From rocks on the left side of the beach to very fine sand on the rigt there is something for everyone.
